What we can learn from ADHD to help all children focus and thrive

The challenges and solutions children with ADHD face today — and what their experience reveals can help all children thrive.

In today’s high-stimulation, screen-saturated world, many children are struggling to focus, regulate emotions, and feel confident. Children with ADHD often feel this impact first as their nervous systems are especially sensitive to fragmented attention and overstimulation.

Join the Parent’s Alliance for Conscious Tech (an ally of ours based in San Geronimo Valley) for a community talk with Scott Cohen, MD, board-certified pediatrician and lifestyle medicine specialist, as he shares how emerging medical research on ADHD points to larger environmental factors affecting all kids. Drawing from the 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, families will learn practical, evidence-based strategies to support focus, emotional regulation, and self-esteem to help all children thrive.
