Lunch & Learn Parent Ed: Sleep

Sleep is essential for every stage of childhood and adolescence. Increasingly, tech use is disrupting sleep across all ages: screens suppress melatonin (the hormone that signals sleep), notifications interrupt rest, and late-night scrolling, gaming, and “just one more episode!” keeps kids’ brains alert when they should be winding down. Protecting sleep is one of the most powerful things parents can do to support their child’s health and development. Join for a conversation with Marin based sleep doctor (and Kids IRL Ambassador) Dr. Michelle Jonelis.

Limited to 40 participants.

Pre-registration required here.

We do not record our virtual Lunch & Learn sessions in order to protect the privacy of our participants. These sessions sometimes include demos on devices that include personal information, and we want parents to feel free to ask questions and share openly.

To preserve this safe space, we also ask that participants refrain from using AI note-taking tools (such as Otter.ai, Fireflies, or similar apps) during our sessions.
